Nature fine tunes scent and moths are very sensitive to the right scent… Now look at your fingers… They are covered in a skin oils combined with traces of everything you’ve touched since the last time you washed them (there is a reason why TSA can detect bomb residue by wiping our hands).
Turn back to our moth friends, and we realize that TOUCHING a Phermone Lure coats it with OUR SCENT, and that reduces the effectiveness of the lure.
